Throughout my career, I’ve worked as both a teacher and administrator in boarding schools, which has given me insight into how academic environments shape students’ futures. I’ve supported hundreds of students in finding the right college and helped them prepare for life beyond high school.

Approach to Counseling

I believe that the college search is a time for students to discover who they are and what matters most to them. My role is to provide students with the tools to articulate their passions and make thoughtful decisions about their future. I focus on making this journey one of joy, not stress, guiding families with positivity and clear strategies to manage deadlines and details. Ultimately, I aim to empower students to see this process as a step toward meaningful growth.

Areas of Expertise

  • College list development and essay coaching.
  • Guiding athletes through recruitment and application processes.
  • Helping families manage the complexity of deadlines and decisions.
  • Supporting students in developing their unique voice, both in essay writing and school choices.

Personal Touch

I cherish the connections I build with students and families throughout the admissions process. My experience as a teacher and school director has taught me the importance of fostering leadership and resilience in young people. I love working closely with students to help them express who they are and discover what excites them about the future.

In my downtime, you’ll find me baking bread, practicing yoga, or exploring the beautiful streets of Providence with my dogs. I have a deep appreciation for the unique paths each student takes, and I’m grateful to play a role in helping them embark on their next adventure.
